Terms

Tiree is a remote location and a certain amount of planning is involved in booking your holiday.  We have no passing trade and ferries can be busy, so please double check our terms below before booking. 

A deposit of £300 is required at the time of booking and will be repaid at the end of the holiday.  Please leave the house as you find it and your deposit will of course be repaid in full.  

Please make sure you book your travel before booking your accommodation.

Full payment is required 60 days before arrival and is non refundable at this point.   You can cancel free of charge anytime before 60 days.  For some popular weeks in July around the festival, payment may be required at the time of booking and is non-refundable. 

Sometimes cancellations happen due to unforeseen circumstances and if we can, we will endeavour to resell the holiday and refund you 90% of the price (10% to cover extra admin and credit card charges.)  However Tiree is a holiday usually planned and booked in advance and with no passing trade, refunds are never guaranteed particularly if we cannot resell the week.
